African Mango Diet

For all of our readers that watch daytime television, you may have seen or heard about the African Mango Diet on the popular television show, Dr. Oz. We had a few friends ask us about this craze so we deemed it necessary to write a report on what it is and how it works.
So, here goes:
The African Mango Diet features an African ingredient called Irvingia Gabonesis. Irvingia Gabonensis is quickly becoming one of the most popular ingredients in the health supplement industry today. Studies are showing the benefits of Irvingia when it comes to weight loss, high cholesterol and elevated blood sugar levels.
If you have never heard of it before now, Irvingia Gabonensis is a tree found in West and Central Africa. It is also known as the wild mango, bush mango or pure African mango. The tree is valued for its edible yellow fruit in addition to producing a dika nut.
The fiber from the seed is being studied to determine if claims are valid that Irvingia Gabonensis helps with weight loss.Irvingia is similar to other nuts and seeds, in that it is high in fat content and contains 14% fiber.
The dr oz african mango diet has seen a great deal of success stories and case studies even in its short duration in the mainstream.
Even just a quick Google search warrants a ton of positive results and reviews. However, we are hoping you overlook those findings and link directly to a particular website we discovered that is becoming an authority on the diet.
The website we suggest is africanmangodiet.com. It not only features a ton of news and information on the diet, but they also highlight product options that surround the diet.
If you’re looking for a new diet and want to give this a try, please direct any questions to our comment section below. We’d also love to hear your feedback on the plan as you give it a try.
Good luck!
